Solar-powered lights donated through Elephant Energy’s Buy One Fund One (BoFo) program are loaned to rural African entrepreneurs who are taught to market these energy technologies in their village areas.  Over a period of months, a rural entrepreneur pays back the cost of this initial stock with profits from light sales, and continues to generate income as an energy technology provider in their community.  Elephant Energy then uses your donation again to provide a stock of lights to another rural entrepreneur.  Together, we will light Africa.
